LECON’s Victoria Island office had over much staff, vendors, and visitors moving in and out daily. The old manual sign-in register and padlock system was causing:

Unauthorized access to sensitive areas like server room and store

Time wasted on manual attendance tracking

No audit trail for who entered/exited and when

Security risk after work hours and on weekends

Management needed a modern, reliable system to control access, track attendance, and improve overall security.

1. Brainstorm
   We did a full site audit of LECON’s 3 buildings and 8 access points. After meeting with HR, Security, and IT, we recommended a hybrid solution: Fingerprint + RFID Card Access Control with centralized management software.
   Goal: Restrict sensitive areas, automate attendance, and give management full visibility.

2. Delivery
   Within 2 weeks, CBVTech installed and configured: 8x Biometric + RFID Door Controllers at main entrance, offices, server room, and storeCentral software for user management, attendance reports, and access logs Staff enrollment: 150+ staff biometrics + ID cards issued Integration with existing CCTV for full security coverageOn-site training for Security and HR teamsProject completed on schedule with zero disruption to daily operations.

3. Development
