Challenge: 3 branches with no central way to track stock, sales, or theft. Daily reports took 4 hours to compile.

Brainstorm: We audited all 3 stores and designed a cloud-based POS + Inventory system that syncs in real-time across locations.

Delivery: Delivered in 4 weeks. Included barcode setup, staff accounts, sales dashboard, and WhatsApp sales alerts for the owner.

Development: Ongoing: We monitor system health, add new features, and provide same-day IT support when needed.

Result: 50% faster checkout. Stock losses dropped by 70%. Owner now gets daily sales report on his phone.
