Data was at risk with no backups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Brainstorm:<\/strong> We met with the school admin to map out admissions, fees, results, and reporting needs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Goal:<\/strong> One system to run the entire school. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Delivery:<\/strong> In 6 weeks we built and deployed a custom School Management System with student portal, fee tracking, and automated report cards. We also set up data backups and staff training. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Development:<\/strong> We now provide monthly updates, security patches, and proactive support. The system has handled 3 academic sessions with zero downtime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Result:<\/strong> 80% reduction in admin time. 100% digital records.
